The Red Name System rewards him with Justice Points for killing or arresting red-named characters, which he can use to enter a lottery.

With the Undercover System, he can join HYDRA of his own accord and earn Crime Points to buy treasure chests.

There are also the Case-Solving System, Exorcism System, Tree-Planting System, Dream-Entering System, Treasure-Hunting System, Witch-Hunting System...

Before he knows it, Leo has become the top man at S.H.I.E.L.D. With imperial authority to execute first and report later, he handles what the FBI can handle, and even what it can't!
