Here Comes the Peddler, Knock Knock

A rattle drum goes "ding-dong, clatter-clatter" as children chase the peddler, begging to buy candy.

The wheels of time keep turning. Roads are built, shops and supermarkets spring up everywhere, and online shopping becomes convenient and widespread. The peddler with his shoulder pole gradually disappears from the scene.

The shoulder pole gives way to a delivery truck, and the rattle drum to a loudspeaker, its calls echoing through the valleys.

That familiar cry of a peddler rings out once more. Driving a small truck along the mountain village roads and selling goods is still the same peddler from years ago.
