Honkai: Star Rail: Collector of Every Path, Starting in Rivet Town

[Fanfic] [System] Fang Fan transmigrates into the world of Honkai: Star Rail and is delighted to discover that the Honkai: Star Rail game has followed him there as a System. His first thoughts aren't about conquering the entire galaxy, but about Ruan Mei, Bronya, and Clara. Just as Fang Fan is lost in his fantasies, the System tells him that drawing characters only grants him their abilities; he can't bring the characters themselves into the real world. Filled with bitter disappointment, Fang Fan can only set his sights on obtaining the abilities of every character in the game. From then on, a legend spreads through the world of Honkai: Star Rail about someone who can fight, tank, heal, and even cast magic. (Two chapters daily; every 10 urging tickets adds one chapter.)
