Congratulations, You’ve Been Arrested

Wano Country, New Tokyo. Higashinohara, who came through soul travel, just wanted to live a quiet life without being disturbed, but the "Crime Manual" accidentally appeared in his mind. If you catch criminals and bring them to justice, you can get attribute points and random rewards. What? Can't do it? According to the prisoner's crime rating, temporary attribute points (mission Buff) can be freely distributed when captured. The more vicious the criminals become! My buff gets stronger! Mysterious ability fruits, powerful magic sword types, and various abilities of different sequences and levels are all turned into magical rewards in the "Guilty Manual"... Metropolitan Police: These lawless gangsters are simply insane, extremely vicious, and full of crimes...! ! ! Higashinohara: I mean... Is there anything worse? ! The following is the self-introduction of the protagonist: My name is Higashinohara, a 16-year-old high school student, unmarried, boarding at the Aragaki Detective Office in Ogawa Town, Edogawa District, New Tokyo, "Academy City". After high school, I work as the disciplinary committee of Academy City. I cooperate with the Academy City security guards to arrest lawbreakers. I can't go home until after eight o'clock in the evening. After I get home, I will do a handstand exercise for an hour. Before going to bed, I will taste different brands of canned coffee, only to recall some subtle differences among them, just like recalling the criminals who fell in my hands. Will fall asleep on time at eleven o'clock. Everyone says that my schedule is very regular and healthy. But it's a bit shameful to say, In my mind recently, There seems to be something strange happening...
