I'm a Bully in the Immortal Realm

The most hot-tempered mad immortal in the history of the immortal realm. What, an eighth-grade spirit root? He nearly died from blood loss when his talent awakened, and now he has only one year to live? Damn it, why do I always have to be the one getting screwed over! Luckily, he inherits a True Immortal's legacy and rises up in fury! What do you need to cultivate? Spiritual energy? Okay, I'll take the whole lot. Spirit stones? They're all mine! I'll seize everything and monopolize it all. Chosen ones want to cultivate? Pay up in spirit stones first! Sect Master, your spiritual energy bill is due again this month! Those chosen ones may swagger around showing off, but don't they still come crawling to me, begging for a discount on their rent? The most arrogant, overbearing real estate tycoon in the immortal realm. I monopolize the resources, so I'm the boss!
