I Woke Up to Find Myself Getting Beaten Up by an Orca!

Yu Yuan, a graduate student specializing in a less commonly studied language, was watching an orca show when a scarred orca dragged her into the pool, where she drowned. When she woke up, she found herself transformed into an orca. At death's door, she was rescued by another orca. Afraid of dying, Yu Yuan immediately decided to cling to him, but this fish brother was cold, arrogant, and sharp-tongued, and seemed impossible to get close to. Yu Yuan could only swallow her pride and test his limits a little at a time. She never expected that this aloof fish brother was actually a hopeless romantic. Yu Yuan regretted finding out the truth, but by then it was too late to do anything about it. Fish Brother stuck close behind her, impossible to shake off. Fish Brother, at first: “I wouldn't help an orca as pathetic as you.” Fish Brother, later: “I caught a ray for you. If you stop being mad at me, I'll give it to you...” Yu Yuan: “What did you say?!” Fish Brother: “Respected leader of the orca pod, I went out of my way to catch a ray. Would you do me the honor of trying it?” As he spoke, he rubbed against Yu Yuan ingratiatingly and awkwardly nuzzled up to her. “Pay attention to me, Yuanyuan.”
