Books I Personally Enjoy
In my opinion, if a book is well written and the author puts their heart into it, it's bound to be good. Whether it gets popular is another matter. (Some readers have asked why so many of the books I recommend haven't gone premium. The thing is, plenty of books start out with great premises and plots, but as they go on the characters or power scaling fall apart, or the story gets too dull to continue. My New Reading List (Mostly Great Ongoing Women’s Fiction)
Of course, I recommend books with great plots, excellent prose, and all-around quality! Naturally, I do not recommend books that are no good! I have two other reading lists, and the other books I like are on those. If you are interested, feel free to check them out. I will not repeat them on this list!
[Mostly Female-Oriented] Fun, Feel-Good, and Satisfying Xianxia Reads
The books on this list either have great plots, excellent writing, or are especially satisfying, with the protagonist crushing everyone in their path! I don't like stories that read like a diary, especially boring ones that make me lose interest. Some books I like may be amateurish, sure, but if the plot is fun, they're worth a read. Of course, my recommendations are all based on my personal taste. I also can't stand pretentious writing. The plot is mediocre, but the author piles on fancy words
