Strolling Across the Page, Lost in Time
Nothing is perfect, and web fiction is no exception! A recommendation doesn't mean a book is flawless, and criticism doesn't mean I don't love it. This list thrives on both praise and criticism! My three tiers of web fiction: Lower tier: familiar formulas (lots of tropes, plenty to read) Middle tier: boundless imagination (bold ideas and unexpected twists) Upper tier: joy, sorrow, love, and hate (stories that move you endure) Everyone loves an Immortal Grass masterpiece, but such books are rare
No System, More Exciting
There are so many System novels that I'm tired of reading them. It feels like today's authors can't write a novel without giving it a System, or some other golden finger. The result is a flood of books of wildly varying quality. In truth, writing a great story without a System is the real achievement, and it's more likely to produce a masterpiece.
The Treehouse Book Nook
I save books that suit my taste and share them with like-minded readers. I’ll add older books now and then, whenever I happen to remember them. =_=b
