Interstellar Reaper Legend

I have read this whole book in one go over the past few days and would like to share my thoughts. The first half of the book is a sci-fi interstellar genre. I felt that this part was purely enjoyable, especially the protagonist's several battles with a few battleships against many battleships. Although the enjoyable writing seemed comfortable, there were too many similar places in this part, and they were one after another, with very small transitions in between, which made me tired of reading it continuously. The second half of the book is a fantasy type. To be honest, it was because of this part that I insisted on reading it. When I read the first half, I basically passed by in a hurry (because of my personality, I don't like to read incompletely, so I don't like to jump through the book). In order to get to the later part quickly, I will tell you why I thought the later part might be better. It is because I feel that the author can insist on writing more than a thousand chapters, so the later part should be better. Sure enough, although the later part is also enjoyable, the rhythm is better controlled. The above is my feeling after reading more than a thousand chapters. Now I have started to follow this book.

Isn't there really anyone who can read a novel written so many years ago with today's eyes?
