The Insect Nest

When alien insects invade Earth, humanity rises up to fight back. The first Hive Queen born from a human infection is gravely wounded. As she lies on the brink of death, the hive's collective consciousness tells her to choose a successor, and Li Mo is selected. But the infection process goes awry, and Li Mo is accidentally awakened. He manages to escape the hive, but the queen insect remains inside his head, having failed to complete her mission.

To stay alive, Li Mo sets out with the queen insect inside him to survive in a world gradually falling under the insects' control.
