The Superhero Maker's Guide

In a world overflowing with superpowers, Chu Ming transmigrates and is reborn as the leader of the poorest gang in the district. He has nothing, and even putting food on the table is a problem.

The [Superhero Creation System] he has is about his only consolation.

Everyone around him has a tragic past. They are like a patch of grass growing in a filthy ditch, yet still managing to thrive. Every last one of them is dirt poor.

Chu Ming wants to lead these weed-like underdogs from the very bottom to the top, so they can see the view from above the clouds.

He grants superpowers to ordinary people and trains his subordinates, upgrading them little by little from mere mortals into the strongest superhumans.

Chu Ming tells his underlings to become universally admired superheroes and do good deeds. They all do as told, but the problem is... what do you mean, the two of you flipped an entire street while racing to help an old lady cross the road?

You were only supposed to save one person from criminals, so why did you tear down an entire building with your bare hands???

And yes, I set performance targets, but when you lot are fighting over credit, could you at least try to be a little more graceful?
