Dao Foundation

The Way means the Great Way. The way of cultivating martial arts to strengthen the body, the way of preserving health and extending one's lifespan: none of these is the Great Way. The Dao Foundation consists of the seven foundations of water, fire, wind, thunder, blazing, darkness, and light. These seven foundations cannot be seen by mortal eyes or touched by mortal hands.
