Wizard: My Bone Veins Don't Need Chakra

[Bad news]: I took an RPG hit in the Middle East, transmigrated into Naruto, and became a veteran jonin of the Kaguya clan.

[Good news]: I'm incredibly skilled at using my kekkei genkai, and my strength is maxed out.

[Bad news]: Before I could enjoy life, the Fourth Mizukage brought people to wipe out my clan, and I got late-stage kekkei genkai disease as a bonus. I'm wearing a mask of agony 24/7.

[Good news]: The Conjunction of the Spheres opened a portal just in time and air-dropped me, packed up and near death, into the world of The Witcher!

[Bad news]: I was picked up by Junod, a Bear School witcher who plays dice every day and is so broke he's nearly down to his last pair of pants. He promptly tossed me into the Trial of the Grasses furnace as cheap labor.

[Good news]: The Trial of the Grasses cured my kekkei genkai disease, and my bones are harder than diamond!

[Bad news]: The laws of this other world completely evaporated my chakra, so I can't cast a single ninjutsu.

[Good news]: The Shikotsumyaku doesn't need chakra at all. It only takes calories! And... using the odds and ends I had on hand, I managed to make my first homemade Greek fire! The "universal translation rune" that came with the Conjunction of the Spheres lets me understand these rough Northerners just fine.

[Bad news]: The rune only works for listening, not writing. I can look at contracts and signs all over town written in Glagolitic letters, but I'm still an illiterate who can barely write his own name, and I can eat, too.
