I'm the Hokage in America

For Dong Yubai, transmigration was nothing unusual, so he could accept dying of anger and transmigrating.

He could also accept transmigrating to another world that had built a technological civilization but was also full of magic, Taoist arts, and witchcraft, with danger lurking everywhere.

He even gritted his teeth and accepted the fact that this other world also had a supposedly invincible beacon nation called America and an Eastern superpower called Wanfang, known for its patience and restraint.

But what left him speechless was this: he was part of Wanjian Sect, the greatest sword-cultivation sect in Wanfang, and had devoted himself to the sword to start a second life. Then one day, he woke up to find that a lost [Hokage Training System] had bound itself to him, insisting that he become an outstanding Hokage no matter what.

Even worse, on the day he turned eighteen, the head of Wanjian Sect summoned him and said, "Since you're the only outstanding disciple in the sect to have earned a high school diploma, the sect has decided to send you to study at the best university in America."

Dong Yubai: ???

So, I'm supposed to become a Hokage in America?
