An abyss made of resentment from those who were never chosen, and Huo Yuhao from another world...

So, the cause of all this...

When eleven-year-old Huo Yuhao left Duke's Mansion, he met his future self: Magical Girl Xiao Huo.

The future Huo Yuhao left his eleven-year-old self a magical-girl transformation device, the Eye of Eternity, and a book sealed with all the monsters and demons that future Huo Yuhao had subdued, stored away in the form of Clow Cards.

Tian Meng accidentally broke the seal, sending the magic-infused Clow Cards scattering in every direction.

The Clow Cards fell across different times and places on Douluo Star, bringing all kinds of unexpected variables to Douluo Dalu.

And so the kindhearted, harmless white-haired old cat has to take little Huo along on an adventure to reclaim the cards...
