Bookshelf Reading Center

I moved into a new home with empty white walls. When friends come to visit, the first thing they say is always: "Let me see your bookshelf." I point to the books in the corner and say that's all my bookshelf. My friend laughed: "What kind of bookshelf is this?" I smiled and said nothing. Later, the number of books gradually increased - some were given by friends, some were found in second-hand bookstores, and some were sent by my mother. There is no bookshelf for them to stand on, so they are piled on top of the bed, on the window sill, or on the floor. One late night, I was sitting among these piles of books, and suddenly I felt that the bookshelf was never made of wood - it was a collection of books that you truly loved, quietly piled up in your days.
