Wutong Never Fails to Promise

It tells the story of photographer Yun Xiu who went to Nanjing to escape his old love, but was shocked to find that he was forgetting the voice of his lover Shechuan. In the Autumn Rhythm of Jinling, she met the poet Shen Mo. The two used phoenix trees, Qinhuai rain, and Xuanwu lotus as images. They visited ancient sites together, recorded sounds with paintings, and reflected memories with words. Yun Xiu went from panicking and forgetting to letting go of the past, and finally, with Shen Mo's company, she realized that "the real thing to remember is to let love become nourishment." The old sounds fade away, and the new sounds enter the heart. The two of them promise to spend the rest of their lives together in the osmanthus rain at Linggu Temple, interpreting the healing theme of "memory will fade, but warmth will last forever".
