Corridor of Stories

In this world, stories are a form of existence. If a person exists, he is a story. If a world exists, it is a book. If an emotion exists, it is a chapter. All things gain reality by being told, read, and remembered. In the beginning, there was a reincarnated person named Hegang. After his reincarnation, he fell into endless darkness. There was no light, no boundaries, no time, just himself. He spent hundreds of millions of years in absolute loneliness, unable to die, leave, or encounter any real existence. To combat loneliness, Heganger began to create stories. He wrote story after story, creating protagonist after protagonist, supporting character after supporting character, friends, enemies, lovers, gods and mortals. He became the author of countless stories and the protagonist of countless stories. But those worlds, those characters, those friends, are not real. They were simply the product of his loneliness. He craves an audience. He longed for someone to read his story, longed for someone to question him, longed for someone to criticize him, longed for someone to feel happy, sad, moved, or angry about his story. So Herganger became his own reader. He writes, puts away his pen, reads, thinks, and then writes again, puts away his pen, and reads... An endless cycle.
