Jack Harrison is a cowboy whose marksmanship is so good that God wants to challenge him to a duel. Unfortunately, God is not available, so he can only compete with bandits, bounty hunters and railroad company suits. Next to him was a girl named Sally, whose marksmanship was just a tiny bit worse than his - just a tiny bit, so she wouldn't be in a hurry with anyone who mentioned it. The two traveled all over the West. The serious thing was investigating the murder of Jack's father, and the less serious things included everything. The bullets from eleven years ago, the secrets buried in the graves, the bastard things waiting for them on the border - according to Jack's rules, shoot beforehand when encountering, and question after the shooting.
