Seven-Faced Clock

Seven hundred-year-old clock towers in a city all stopped at 3:07 on the same night. After that, at the same time every seven days, someone related to the clock tower died in an "impossible way" - and all the deceased people signed a document that has never been made public on the same day twenty years ago.
