Strange NPC: Please Don't Believe Me

I am the NPC in the "Rule of Ghost Story", a strange hospital doctor who always smiles. Players ran away when they saw me, the system made me scary, and the script prohibited me from speaking. But I am conscious. I know the loopholes in every rule, I know the correct path through levels - but I can't tell. So I can only hint with a smile, convey information with a nod, and squeeze out a few words between being forced to disappear by the system. They call me "Dr. Shen". But I don't remember who I am. All I remember is - I wanted to help them survive.
