Aren't Superpowers Supposed to Be Super Realistic? This Is Wrong!

When I woke up, I found four loyal and capable subordinates. Logically speaking, I would never be short of money or people. But four of my subordinates told me that the world is not as simple as it seems - there are supernatural powers in this world. I originally thought that I would awaken my powers and reach the top of the world, but you said that I couldn't awaken and would be hunted down by various power users... Why me? I still have to find the answer to this question!
