In 1983, rural youth Liang Zhixing graduated from the College of Engineering. The allocated quota in the provincial capital was taken away, and he was sent back to Qingshan County, where he stood in front of an old machine tool that was about to be scrapped. He has no background and no extraordinary ability. All he could rely on were the books he had read, the experience left by his old master, and the data written down on paper after repeated failures. From an eccentric sleeve to a batch of broken water pump gears; from bonuses and jobs in the workshop to spring irrigation pumping stations all over the countryside. Liang Zhixing gradually understood that it was not difficult to build a working machine. What was difficult was to make materials, workers, systems and interests all revolve around the same goal.
