Preface to "Traveling Through the Deep Years" This book talks about how traditional Chinese classics can be implemented and used in the workplace and life. The book will talk about the Confucian "Great Learning", the Buddhist "Heart Sutra" and "Diamond Sutra", and the Taoist "Tao Te Ching". We will also talk about traditional Chinese medicine - "The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic", "Fuxing Jue", "Tianxia Zhidao Tan" and "Treatise on Febrile Diseases". I also have decades of experience in equipment repair and maintenance, as well as how an ordinary person survives in the capital market and understands "value investing." These seemingly unrelated things are actually connected by a thread - they are all things that I have discovered bit by bit over the years and can really use. The plots in the book may be true or false, and some may be presented truthfully, while some may also contain metaphors and exaggerations. Readers are advised to be careful. If you can get some tips from it - such as how to get along more comfortably with others, how to turn around in adversity, or gain a little more confidence in our culture, understand how precious the things left by our predecessors are, and understand that we are actually standing on the shoulders of giants - that would be my greatest happiness. This is my first time writing. Writing slowly but happily. It's been a long time since I've done something so focused. The process itself is a kind of practice. I wrote this book because I wanted some things to be different in another time and space. The title of the book "Xing Shen" is taken from the "Heart Sutra". Action is practice, depth is depth. This is a story about continuing to practice and slowly getting better over the years. If you are willing to accompany me on this journey, thank you. Let's take this road slowly.
