Imperial Tactics Officer Owen Aquila is on a standard cruise and is ordered to destroy ancient ruins on an unnamed asteroid. The price of disobeying orders is treason, and obeying orders means helping the empire bury the truth. He chose the third option - let the main gun "miss".
