Tianshu Pavilion, a mysterious institution hidden behind the imperial power, has used astrology and predictions to determine the rise and fall of the dynasty for hundreds of years. The new emperor Xiao Heng was afraid of his power and wanted to eradicate him through a man-made "natural disaster".
