The story is divided into two core scenes: the prosperous urban area of ​​Binjiang City and the rural area around Qingxi Mountains. On one side is the urban gray racing circle and regular professional racing leagues with capital monopoly and dark rules. On the other side is the rural area surrounding mountains and roads, where villagers make their own modified cars and retain the original intention of pure racing. The protagonist group is a two-way intersection of rural grassroots drivers and urban frustrated racing people. From mutual hostility and ideological conflict, to forming a team, breaking the shady racing league controlled by capital, completing the transformation from underground wild racing to the national formal rally championship, integrating family, friendship, love, modified machinery, racing game, urban and rural reality contradictions. The whole process is interspersed with four major racing scenes: mountain drifting, urban midnight street racing, rural winding mountain cross-country, and professional track racing. It is midsummer, and Binjiang, a developed city along the river, is home to the top international racing venue in the country, backed by the "Shengtu Racing Group", a league alliance controlled by a capital consortium. Shengtu Group monopolizes 70% of local professional racing resources by relying on sponsorship, event betting, and driver signings. It operates gray racing events privately, spends heavy sums to sign top drivers, suppresses grassroots racing enthusiasts, and falsifies event results to make profits. Stretching 50 kilometers from the outskirts of the city, is Qingxi Village, surrounded by mountains. The road around the village has nine twists and turns, continuous steep slopes, and sharp bends. After the village-to-village road was built in the early years, many villagers made a living by repairing cars and agricultural vehicles. Young people relied on scrapped trucks and old family cars to dismantle parts and refit them, spontaneously forming a rural folk rally circle. At the end of each month, amateur drivers from dozens of surrounding villages and towns gathered in Panshan.
