Why Are All This Washed-Up Star’s Ex-Girlfriends Top-Tier Stars?

Ten years ago, Zhou Fan was a top-tier star who dominated the music scene across the country. Now he's a has-been singer whose name is nowhere to be found in the entertainment industry.

He returns to the stage for a show, only to be condescendingly criticized by younger upstarts with no work to their name and no real talent.

Meng, a member of a girl group: “Mr. Zhou, your performance wasn't good. It was too old-fashioned, and your style is outdated. It doesn't suit the way people appreciate performances today. The song you sang was an old one from ten years ago, too. You're behind the times, and this stage isn't right for you.”

Audience: “Zhou Fan? Who's that? Is there really someone by that name in show business?”

“Never heard of him. Don't know him.”

Fans: “Seriously? Young people these days don't even know Zhou Fan? He was a top-tier singer ten years ago! Even if you don't know him, you've definitely heard his songs. ‘Cultivating Love,’ ‘Dusk,’ and ‘Simple Love’ are still classics. You've all heard them, right?”

Zhou Fan's performance of “Dusk” gets the entire audience singing along!

His song “Ten Years” moves countless viewers!

“Wait, something's not right. How come the music queen Su Wanqing is throwing herself at Zhou Fan just because he came back for a show?”

“I heard Zhou Fan and Su Wanqing were rumored to have dated back then.”

“What? I thought Zhou Fan was dating actress Yang Shiyi back then!”

“Huh? I heard he was a couple with Lin Yuqing, the popular girl-group idol of the time!”

Gradually, the audience realizes something is off. “Whoa! The music queen Su Wanqing, award-winning actress Yang Shiyi, and popular girl-group idol Lin Yuqing were all Zhou Fan's ex-girlfriends!”

“How does a has-been star end up with nothing but top-tier ex-girlfriends?”
