The Corridor of Time—chronicle of Time in Sakura Town

In Kansai, Japan, in Sakuragaoka Town, surrounded by century-old cherry trees, there is an antique shop called "Corridor of Time" at the end of the main street. The owner, Yuma Kobayashi, is socially anxious, but he can "read" the "time layer" of old things with his fingertips - a rusty ink bottle hides a love letter that has not been sent for half a century, a stopped clock holds cherry blossoms at the moment of life and death, and a chipped tea bowl is engraved with the housewife's three lives. We don't sell treasures here, but only repair everyday old things with stories. Childhood sweetheart Aoi Saotome expresses her tenderness with "The Fruit of Time", retired watchmaker Grandpa Sato teaches "not chasing time" with haiku, and transfer student Misaki's sketchbook circulates throughout the seasons. Over a long period of time, Yuzhen witnessed the regrets and relief behind old things, and gradually understood: time is not a river, but countless "letters" waiting to be heard, and the mission of the "Corridor of Time" is to let these letters gently arrive where they should go in the afternoon when the cherry blossoms fall.
