The water veins in the south of the Yangtze River hide secret burials through the ages; the underwater city locks up the ghosts of Baiyue. Shi Dun, a descendant of the Bo people in southern Sichuan, and Lin Zhan, a folklorist who specializes in Baiyue witch burials, walked with me with their own concerns. We ventured into the underwater underworld, climbed hanging coffins on cliffs, and broke the curse of water souls. Along the way, we encountered water demons, a series of ship coffins, underwater quicksand pouring back, and witchcraft and ghosts... The rice dumplings in the earth tomb are not scary, but the things in the water can really drag people into eternal damnation. As the clues were uncovered layer by layer, we were shocked to realize that the so-called water tomb was not a royal mausoleum where gold and silver were hidden, but a place of peace used by the ancestors of Baiyue to suppress the evil spirits of the water veins. Grandpa did not disappear at that time, but guarded the grave with his body. And the "Water Ghost Seven" who was chasing us all the way, with half of his body festering, was actually closely connected with the disappearance of our grandfather, the destruction of the Water Coffin Sect, and the thousand-year curse of Baiyue. The water does not cover the coffin, nor does it touch the underworld vessel. This trip was not for seeking money, but for finding out the truth about our ancestors and guarding the underworld gate that could overturn the world. There is a coffin under the water, and there is a secret in the coffin. The secret behind it is death.
