A dark magic experiment split the soul of Anal Photesmos into Anal and the civet Photes. Since then, they have gained the ability to see echoes of ancient magic. In order to obtain ancient magic and study Horcruxes to solve soul problems, Anal Fortesmos accepted Dumbledore's invitation and returned to his loyal Hogwarts.
