Eyes in Elevator

Dreams always end with that elevator. When the door slowly closed, I saw her eyes. She fell on the carpet in the entrance hall, the redness on her chest still spreading, but her eyes followed me and kept looking until the elevator doors touched each other in the middle and there was a click. Then I wake up.
