Light Years Away

In 2040, at 3:18 in the morning, programmer Meng Chengyang's server received a piece of mysterious data every day. Following the signal, he met Zhang Yiran, a restorer of ancient books in the library - a man who didn't know who he was. The two gradually pieced together the truth: Human beings are "emotional nourishment" captured by alien civilizations and are "harvested" every ten years.
