In 2046 AD, plants awakened and green tide engulfed civilization. Humans have been reduced to street rats in the wasteland, either hiding in underground fortresses or being devoured by mutated vines. Former botanist Lin Ye rescued the last golden monkey "Amu" from a desperate situation and accidentally activated the mysterious "Jianmu Seed".
