Fanchen Asked: General Outline of Practice in the Three Thousand Worlds

There are spirits in heaven and earth, hidden in the world. Lin Chen, a high school student, accidentally obtained the "Secret of Enlightenment" and unlocked the path of "discipline practice": reciting poetry and prose to condense literary spirit, doing arithmetic and reasoning to deduce the spiritual path, refining the physical body to bear the weight of thousands of stones, and observing nature to understand the spiritual flow.
