A World of Beast Tamers, and All My Beasts Are Pokemon

After transmigrating into another world where beast taming reigns supreme, Lin Xia summons his starter beast, only to get a duck that comes with its own ingredients! The whole crowd bursts into laughter, and even the examiner overseeing the awakening can barely keep a straight face. “What a useless beast!” “Is anyone really going to take that duck into battle or use it to capture alien beasts?” “Just thinking about taking ingredients along to feed alien beasts makes me laugh!” “Well, there goes his future!” Faced with their mockery, Lin Xia isn’t sad or hurt. Instead, he’s full of anticipation for the future! His beast isn’t as pathetic as they imagine. It’s Farfetch'd, a Pokemon from another world! A Pokemon with limitless potential! Years later, rather than capturing alien beasts, Lin Xia uses an altar to summon many Pokemon and make them his tamed beasts. When space splits apart, the city walls fall, and alien beasts launch an all-out invasion, people finally realize that the tamed beasts around Lin Xia might not be so ordinary after all!
