Everyone Builds a City: From the Start, I Seize the School Beauty’s Divine Fortress

In this world, everyone can awaken a mobile city and become its lord. Only after becoming a city lord can people recruit residents and ability users, lead them into the wilderness to reclaim land, consume resources, and steadily grow stronger until they become a ruler of their own domain. Su Mu transmigrated here and, from the start, became a resident of the campus belle Qin Ruoxi's city. But he was only a lowly commoner, with no awakened abilities. Then he awakened the Plunder System, which let him forcibly seize control of a city once a day! So Su Mu decided to take the campus belle's city by force! My name is Qin Ruoxi, and I'm a reborn empress. In my previous life, I awakened the City of Steel. Its peerless defenses earned it the title of divine fortress. But in the end, I lacked enough firepower and died in the battle for resources. This time, I will change my fate, increase my firepower, arm my city to the teeth, and make it the strongest city of all! Wait... Why have I suddenly lost control of my city!? How can a lowly commoner control my city!? Su Mu: “Campus belle Qin, sorry, but I'll gladly take your city, and you too!” With the Plunder System, Su Mu began seizing other cities one by one, constantly absorbing resources and expanding. In the end, he became the strongest city, ruling over all the world's resources and wealth!
