I Work as a Property Manager in Infinite World

I took over the weirdest building in the infinite world. The tenants here use "curses" to pay rent and "rules" to complain. I have issued noise reduction rectification orders to Cthulhu, and I have also arbitrated parking space disputes between angels and demons. Until I found a note written in blood on the deepest page of the ledger from the founder of the building: "When the rent balance exceeds one trillion, the current manager will inherit a power that is enough to reshape the world - or, it may become the last supper for all tenants." Tonight, the account balance is about to reach the target. All the world-destroying residents in the building were quietly waiting for my choice. And on the last page of my administrator manual, there is only one line of small words: "Remember, you were never their owner. You were just... The one who temporarily held the keys."
