Forgotten Mars

The conflict between humans and awakened robots is about to break out. Faced with the coming all-out war, governments of various countries launched the "Mars Ark Project" - sending 50,000 elites to the red planet as the last seeds of human civilization. In 2142, on an earth filled with parting and despair, five interstellar spacecrafts carried these selected people into space and sailed towards the unknown future. On Mars, these survivors began a difficult development. In the past few decades, the original 50,000 people built dozens of huge cities underground. The population multiplied to tens of millions, and a prosperous and independent Martian civilization quietly emerged. For the new generation of "sons of Mars", the earth is just a distant legend, and Mars is their only home. On Earth, ten years of war reduced everything to ruins, and all the files of the "Mars Ark Project" were lost in the war. It was not until 2155 that surviving historians discovered clues of the plan in the ruins. In 2180, when the two worlds were finally reconnected, a shocking reality unfolded before everyone: Mars had developed into an independent civilization with a population of tens of millions. Facing the Earth's invitation to "return", the Martian humans made a surprising but reasonable decision - no one wanted to leave. The two worlds finally reached a consensus: to remain independent, establish communication bridges, develop in parallel in the universe, and jointly write a new chapter of human civilization.
