Office 23: Chronicles of Geresh

In the bustling and shadowy city of Glesh, there is a small office with a brass door plate. Here we undertake all commissions that are on the fringes of the law or beyond ordinary people's understanding - from finding missing pets, to investigating corporate shady stories, and even dealing with certain "non-scientific" anomalies. There is no grand epic main line, only unit mysteries that shuttle through neon streets and damp corners. The members of the firm are an "atypical" team with different personalities. The story unfolds as the case unfolds: They may be helping an old lady track down her cat with precognitive abilities this week, and next week they have to sneak into a giant company to investigate a data theft case; they are dealing with ordinary divorce evidence collection during the day, but at night they have to face the real "monster" in urban legends. In the process of resolving these trivial, dangerous, or bizarre commissions, trust and tacit understanding were gradually established between the three of them from the initial official business: Liang Yue learned to be flexible outside the rules, Connor continued to accumulate data called "emotions," and Pan Mingwu, perhaps in these seemingly ordinary daily lives, rediscovered some needed meaning.
