Check-In Instructions for Building 13

On the first day I moved into my new apartment, I found a printed copy of the "Building 13 Moving Instructions" in the mailbox. At first I thought it was just a general property reminder, until I saw the fourth item: "If the elevator stops on the 13th floor without anyone pressing the button, please do not enter, no matter who appears in the elevator." When I went home last night, the elevator really opened automatically on the 13th floor.
