Escape to Earth

In 2080, the earth's ecology is on the verge of collapse. Thirty consecutive years of "Brown Haze Era" have turned the surface air into deadly poisonous gas, and humans have been forced to develop to high altitudes. A city in the sky forms a strict three-tier social structure: The top floor (above 200 floors): Known as the "World on the Clouds", it is a completely closed ecological cycle system that simulates the blue sky and white clouds of the old world and has excellent air quality. This is where 0.1% Of the world's population lives - technology giants, political elites, and capitalist families. They have some of the last green plants and clean water on the face of the earth. Middle level (50-199th level): the "gear level" of social operation, a gathering place for technical personnel and medical education practitioners. The air needs to be filtered through three layers, and visibility is low, but survivable. People here bear the task of maintaining the operation of the entire aerial city, but they can never touch the real blue sky. Bottom floor (1-49 floors): "The world under the fog", the air is dirty and the visibility is less than five meters. This is where the poor, criminals, and outcasts struggle, and where all urban waste and pollution is concentrated. The propaganda that "the bottom class is no longer inhabited" is just a lie to maintain social stability. The layers are strictly separated by a "vertical isolation system" and special permissions are required to cross.
