Chen Qi, a top cultural relic restorer, was involved in the mysterious death of a rich man due to the identification of a "Kang Youwei secret letter" and became a wanted criminal. While on the run, he was forced to form an alliance with former Interpol Zhou Linyuan to pursue the legendary "Restoration Treasury" of the Royal Society.
