Siheyuan: Maxing Out Emotion Points to Develop Black Technology

[Black Tech] [A Strong Nation] [Fighting the Courtyard Beasts] [Siheyuan] [Period]

After transmigrating to the 1960s, Lu Zhixing awakens with an Emotion Collection System.

As long as he stirs up other people’s emotions toward him, he can earn Emotion Points and exchange them for powerful scientific research abilities and knowledge from the future, allowing him to develop technologies considered black tech in this era.

When one of his research projects hits a bottleneck, he plans to clear his head at Hongxing Steelworks, grab some Emotion Points, and leave. Instead, he unexpectedly discovers that this place is the setting of Love in the Courtyard!

[He Yuzhu feels fear toward you. Emotion Points +1,000!]

[Qin Huairu feels longing toward you. Emotion Points +1,000!]

Seeing the System notifications, Lu Zhixing’s eyes light up. The beasts in this Siheyuan have intense emotions and fluctuate constantly. They’re practically perfect Emotion Point generators!

He immediately decides to stay.

While greedily harvesting the beasts’ Emotion Points, he sneaks into the steelworks and quietly gets on with his research.

While the courtyard’s beasts are still fighting tooth and nail over petty gains, Lu Zhixing has already used the Emotion Points they contributed to develop all kinds of era-defying black tech!
