Spooky House Agency

In the corner of the city, there is an inconspicuous "Anju Real Estate" agency. The boss, Gao Chuang, seems to have a bleak business, but in fact he has inherited a secret family business: renting "safe houses" for customers who are entangled by supernatural beings. There is no information about housing in the school district or popular shops in his store. Instead, there are several mysterious houses recorded in yellowed manuals: an old house from the Republic of China where special oil lamps must be lit to prevent drowning ghosts, and old residences where pens must be guarded closely to deal with shadows seeking life... Each house is a dangerous place where rules are used to fight against the strange. Gao Chuang is good at calculating costs, but he often compromises in the face of customer despair. However, there is an undercurrent surging beneath the quiet business. The clues in each seemingly independent rental case vaguely point to the mysterious disappearance of Gao Chuang's father three years ago.
