The Rules of Weird Detective

"Three rules for solving crimes: No arguing, no asking, and no delaying!" The cold-faced detective Akutagawa just wanted to take on an easy task of finding a cat, but he was forced to take over a serial murder case, and came with a hot-blooded female reporter who was making noise as a drag.
