Echoes of the Deep Abyss

Beneath Europa's icy crust lies a dark abyss that sunlight never reaches - a global deep-sea ocean. Humanity established colonies here, relied on deep-diving submarines to mine resources, and survived in the post-apocalyptic dystopian era. However, what is more terrifying than the behemoths of the deep sea is a mysterious existence called "Abyssal Disease": it can distort the body, erode the mind, turn the infected into bloodthirsty monsters, and ultimately lead to a terrifying end called "Karkakken". The story follows Captain Erin Moss and her crew aboard the scarred submarine "Albatross". They were ordered to go to a dead area marked as "high abnormal readings" to investigate a lost outpost. What awaits them is not simple rescue or exploration, but a maddening low echo from the abyss. In these dark waters torn by Alliance powers, Separatist rebels, and fanatical sects worshiping the Abyssal Syndrome, the Albatross soon finds itself trapped in a battle for survival far beyond human understanding. Not only do they have to contend with the pressure of the deep sea, the lack of resources, and the suspicion of the crew, but they also have to face the unspeakable ancient horrors from the abyss itself. When the defense line of reason gradually collapses in whispers, and when the metal shell of the submarine groans under the entanglement of the giant, Irene and her crew must make a choice: to die silently in this endless darkness, or to ignite the last courage and send out the weakest and most blazing message of human civilization to the source of all fear and madness - The deep echoes.
