A poverty-stricken social designer who was on the verge of unemployment accidentally awakened to the "Internet Hot Meme System". He can turn viral memes into real-world superpowers. In order to level up, he must turn his ordinary life and unexpected urban world into viral events, fighting wits and courage with other system holders and strange creatures, while avoiding landlords who are urging rent.
