In California, a sudden influenza outbreak spread across the world in just one year, and 90% of the human population was infected. This flu came and went quickly, just when everyone thought it was ordinary flu. He mutated again a year later, and people who had been infected with the flu turned into bloodthirsty, flesh-eating infected people one by one. The fall and collapse of the world has become a foregone conclusion. The protagonist, a young man studying in San Francisco, has to rely on himself and his companions on the road to embark on a difficult road back home.
