Advertisements in the tunnels of the last subway train always show a super-tall house that is "on sale"—but no pre-sale permit for it can be found in the city's archives. Legend has it that as long as you stare at the advertisement for 81 seconds in the carriage, when the door opens at the next stop, you will walk directly into the 81st floor of that building: wet footprints seep from the rough wall, and there are workers at the end of the corridor writing a will using electric welding. The only way to leave is to include your name in the house purchase contract and become the "0th owner".
